1. To be an accredited food quality analysis laboratory from the supervisory authority food quality in accordance with international standards ISO 17025 and food laws of partner countries (Authorized Food Testing Laboratory)
2. To be an effective food analysis research unit, both in accuracy, sensitivity and fast service
3. To provide support, reference and disseminate knowledge on food analysis, various quality system standards and food safety which is accepted both nationally and internationally
